In the short time since Edge 17 reopened they have struggled through a lot of hardships, including but not limited to; mismanaged promotions, employee theft, a rash of malicious propaganda and most damaging of all, the failing economy that has so deeply impacted not only our own business but that of so many other clubs, live music and entertainment venues in Jacksonville. For the past month FACTORY has been the sole supporting night for the venue and a club that size canot survive on one night alone. All combined it finally came to head, and in the best interest of everyone involved they have made the difficult decision to temporarily close the venue to regroup and restructure.

During this time we will be doing some FACTORY events at Cafe 331 in Downtown Jax starting with the Quarter Ton productions ZOM-B-Q A Zombie barbecue party on Saturday Dec 5th. Stay tuned to our web site and this blog for the most current up-to-date information.
